What is here, and who owns it

Two different things sit side by side on this site, and they are not owned by the same people.

The recordings, videos, photographs, artwork and posts belong to their respective rights holders: MEMI, her label, the photographers who shot the shows, and the platforms the material was published on. Nothing here transfers any right in that material, and nothing here is a licence to reuse it.

The writing, the archive structure, the tagging, the counts, and the notes were produced for this site. Quote them with a link back and that is fine. Republishing a piece wholesale is not.

Accuracy

Tour dates, venues and set details are compiled from public announcements and change without warning. Check the promoter or the venue before travelling, and buy tickets through the official seller rather than through anything linked from here. Where a figure on this site is derived from the archive rather than quoted from a source, the page it appears on says so.

Corrections are welcome and get applied to the page rather than argued about.

Use of the site

Read it, link to it, share it. Do not scrape it in bulk, mirror it, or hammer it with automated requests. Do not present it as MEMI's official site, and do not use its material in a way that implies she or her label endorses whatever you are doing.

Advertising

The site carries Google AdSense adverts, which pay for hosting. Adverts are selected by Google, not chosen or endorsed here, and no advertiser has any say over what gets written. What an advert links to is between you and the advertiser. The privacy policy covers the cookies that come with them.

Removal requests

If you hold rights in something published here, or you appear in a photograph and would rather not, write to hello@memi.rocks with the URL and the item. It comes down, and a record is kept so a later automated import does not restore it. No form, no waiting period, no argument. Full detail on the contact page.

Links out

Links lead to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, ticket sellers and news sites. Those places set their own terms and their own privacy policies, and what happens once you are on them is not governed by this page.

The site is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be wrong, out of date, or offline. Nothing here is professional advice of any sort.

Changes

These terms change from time to time. The date at the top moves when they do.
